How to use? How to use?
1. Choose the right weight – begin with the lightest ball and gradually move to heavier ones as your strength improves.
2. Clean your kegel balls thoroughly using our Sex Toy Cleanser. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a clean towel.
3. Apply a water-based lubricant, like our Smooth Lube, to make insertion smoother and more comfortable.
4. Gently insert the ball about 4–6 cm into the vagina. It should feel comfortable – not too deep, but not right at the entrance either.
5. Turn on the vibration with the remote control and choose your preferred setting (if you're using the vibrating version).
6. Use the balls while walking, standing, or doing gentle pelvic floor exercises. Start with 10–15 minutes and increase gradually. With vibration, you’ll engage the muscles even at rest.
7. After use, wash the balls again and let them air dry or pat dry with a clean towel. Store in a clean, dry place.
