"The pussy workout" is designed to help you correctly locate and target your pelvic floor muscles, enabling you to exercise them effectively. A strong pelvic floor improves blood circulation in the pelvic region, potentially enhancing intimate sensations and orgasms. The pussy workout consists of three weights and sizes, allowing you to gradually strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Start with the smallest, lightest weight and progressively move to larger, heavier balls.

Material & CareMaterial & Care
Always wash your kegleballs with our ”Sex toy cleanser” before and after your workout. Spray it, rinse with warm water and pat it dry with a clean towel. You can remove the cord during your workout and replace if needed.
