"The pussy workout" is designed to help you correctly locate and target your pelvic floor muscles, enabling you to exercise them effectively. A strong pelvic floor improves blood circulation in the pelvic region, potentially enhancing intimate sensations and orgasms. Start with the smallest, lightest weight and progressively move to larger, heavier balls.

Material & CareMaterial & Care
Always wash your kegleballs with our ”Sex toy cleanser” before and after your workout. Spray it, rinse with warm water and pat it dry with a clean towel. You can remove the cord during your workout and replace if needed.
